Salafs sayings

Abu ad-Dardaa narrated [Saheeh Muslim, No.6588]: The Messenger of Allaah said: «No believing servant supplicates for his brother behind his back (in his absence), except that the Angels say: "The same be for you too".»
al-Imaam an-Nawawee comments [Riyaadh as-Saaliheen #1494]: This hadeeth makes it evident that one who prays for someone in his absence also stands to benefit from it because the angel appointed for the task of praying for those who pray for others will pray for him, saying, "O Allaah! Grant him also the same which he has asked for others".

The Fear of Allaah

Question:

What is the Meaning of the following Verse?
It is only those who have knowledge among His servants that fear Allaah

[Fatir 35:28]
ÅöäøóãóÇ íóÎúÔóì Çááøóåó ãöäú ÚöÈóÇÏöåö ÇáúÚõáóãóÇÁ

Answer:

What this noble verse means is that only the scholars completely fear Allaah Almighty - but scholars of what? This verse is speaking of those who have knowledge of Allaah Almighty, of His Shari'ah, and of His verses, and not those who have technical or scientific knowledge. Only scholars of religion, who know Allaah's verses, can fear Allaah Almighty as He deserves to be feared and worship Him as He deserves to be worshipped, as oppose to the ignorant person who knows nothing about Allaah Almighty, for such a person does not fear Him Almighty. And the more a person has knowledge of Allaah Almighty, the more will he fear Him Almighty and the more upright will he be in his application of his religion.
