Question:

If the Hajj pilgrim can not find a place in Muzdalifah to stay the night before the day of the Eid, what is the ruling?
Answer:

Whoever is unable to stay in Muzdalifah, it is obvious that there is no sin on him, because obligations are removed due to a lack of a ability to carry them out.
