Question:

Work-related papers come to at my desk that have Allah's name written on them. What can I do to dispose of those papers?
Answer:

You must protect those papers from abuse and degradation until you are finished with them. When you finish with them, you must do one of the following: bury them in pure ground, burn them or store them in a safe place, a place where they will be protected from debasement-for example, in a filling cabinet, draw, or shelf.
